To make Galatines we start with fresh ITALIAN milk: after removing the water, we obtain a SOFT MILK POWDER that becomes the base of our recipe. To the milk powder we add European-sourced low-fat yogurt and honey. This is how the famous and ORIGINAL tablet is born.
