Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal & Standard withdrawal form Consumers are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions set out below, whereby a consumer is defined as a natural person who has entered into a legal transaction for purposes primarily unrelated to his or her commercial or self-employed activity: A. Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal Right of Withdrawal The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. For contracts for the supply of goods, the withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which the customer or a third party commissioned by him, excluding the carrier, has taken possession of the goods covered by the last delivery to complete the order. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursement shall be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

We shall be entitled to refuse compensation until the goods have been returned or until you have submitted the documents proving the return of the goods, whichever is sooner.

You are kindly requested to return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following contracts the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The right of withdrawal shall be extinguished early for the following contracts the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery.
